Q: Do you offer tracking on shipments?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand soon!


📚 Books

Q: Are books refundable?
A: All book sales are final. We only offer refunds or replacements if your book arrives damaged. Please send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

Q: Can I cancel a book order?
A: Yes, if your order is cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. If the order is already being processed, a partial refund may be issued.

Q: Are crochet items refundable?
A: Due to the handmade nature of our products, crochet items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. Please contact us with photo proof within 7 days.

Q: Can I request custom crochet colors or designs?
A: Yes! We love custom orders. Please contact us directly to discuss your vision before placing your order.

Q: What happens if I cancel a crochet order?
A: If cancelled within 12 hours, you'll receive a full refund. If cancelled after work has begun, a partial refund will be issued to cover material and labor costs.
